What are the benefits of joining BAT’s Platform?
There are 4 major benefits of joining the BAT Platform:
- Easy money – BAT brings athletes new opportunities to earn additional income.
- High exposure – By joining the BAT Platform, athletes become instantly visible to marketers all over the country – from Fortune 100 companies to smaller, regional advertisers, many of whom have never had the resources to utilize endorsements, until now.
- Full control – Each offer athletes receive is his/hers to accept or decline. Any existing contracts he/she may have will never be in conflict since the athlete or his/her representative has 100% control over which offers they choose to accept.
- Low impact – To get started, simply join our roster and attend a one-time BAT photo shoot. Note that athletes are visible in BAT’s Platform as soon as he/she joins our roster, and may receive offers prior to attending a shoot.

topHow long does a BAT shoot take?

topHow can I view my profile & assets that are in the BAT Platform?
Athlete photos and videos are available for you and advertisers to view in BAT’s Platform approximately 4 weeks after you’ve completed a BAT production shoot. If you’d like to make changes to your profile in BAT’s Platform, simply email talentops@brandaffinity.net at any time.

topHow do I find out when and where the BAT shoots are taking place?
BAT shoots take place all over the U.S. To get on BAT’s distribution list and be notified of upcoming shoots click here.
As a reminder, BAT shoots are a one-time thing (unless it was so much fun the first time that you want to repeat!). After an athlete attends a shoot – that’s it – his/her assets are in our Platform and ready for advertisers to use. In cases where an advertiser wants custom images, video or audio, BAT will include these details in the advertiser offer.
topWhat types of ads could I be featured in?
BAT-enabled advertising can run on any media including digital, radio, outdoor, TV and print. Check out the BAT Gallery to view campaign examples.
topWhat if I don’t want my picture or name used for a certain ad?
An advertiser cannot use an athlete in their ads until the athlete or his/her representative approves the advertiser’s offer and has the opportunity to review the final appearance of the ad.
topI accepted an advertiser’s endorsement offer. When do I get paid?
BAT pays talent on a quarterly basis. When an athlete is used in a campaign, BAT will send payment at the end of the following quarter. In most cases, BAT issues a single check each quarter that includes all the campaigns athletes have been involved in that quarter.
topWhat if I already have endorsement deals that prevent me from accepting endorsements from certain advertisers?
The approval process is entirely in your hands. If, for whatever reason, an athlete is unable to accept an endorsement opportunity from an advertiser he/she is free to decline that offer. Please let BAT know of any pre-existing deals that would help us pre-screen advertiser offers on your behalf.
topWhen will I start to receive offers and make money?
Athletes are visible to advertisers as soon as they join BAT’s Platform. It is impossible to predict how soon he/she will receive offers. We recommend all Talent complete BAT’s Talent profile form so that advertisers can learn as much about you as quickly as possible.
topIs there anything I can do to increase the likelihood that an advertiser will want to use me for an endorsement?
Yes. The more information you provide, the more likely you are to be a great fit for an advertiser. The two easiest ways to do this are to: complete BAT’s Talent profile form and attend a BAT production shoot.
