The BAT platform is a sophisticated gateway that connects Talent and advertisers via an online marketplace. The Web-based user interface behaves very similar to a standard desktop application, with the main difference that it is in constant communication with BAT servers to make sure the latest information is at your fingertips. The Platform includes sections that help advertisers find and activate Talent for their online campaigns and track and optimize BAT endorsement and campaign performance.
Logging into the BAT Platform is very similar to logging on to any online application or Web site. Contact BAT to request an account login and password.
An authorized username and password is required to access BAT’s Platform. Personalized versions of the Platform are available to all of BAT’s constituents: advertisers, advertising agencies, Talent, Talent agents, and Web publishers. Contact BAT to request an account login and password.
The BAT Platform has a vast database of Talent information, everything from proprietary BAT affinity rankings to the latest news, Web hits, photos, videos, career stats, Talent profile information, and much more. All of this data is searchable and comparable so that advertisers can make the most informed Talent selection decision for their brand and advertising programs.
BAT’s Talent pool is larger than any other representation firm in the U.S., and is constantly adding celebrity Talent to its ranks. The Platform draws from major league sports like football, baseball, basketball, hockey and others, and also includes other music and entertainment celebrity personalities. Today, there are over 1400 active Talent available through the BAT Platform.
With over 3,000 active Talent in BAT’s Platform, advertisers can achieve reach to the Top 50 DMAs as well as most demo and lifestyle audiences. If you do not see the name of someone specific you’d like to use in an online campaign, please inquire with your BAT representative so that we can reach out to him/her for inclusion. As the Talent database grows (almost daily) the Platform is updated in real-time.
BAT Affinity Rating is a measure of an individual’s local or national consumer appeal.
Advertisers use this proprietary metric to strategically select the right Talent for their campaigns. It tracks each individual Talent against the whole (all Talent nationally and in his/her local market), thus reflecting the relative position of each Talent nationally or within a given local DMA. BAT uses complex and proprietary algorithms to combine a wide variety of data sources to build each Talent’s affinity score.
Using BAT’s Platform, advertisers can scientifically compare individuals’ affinity trends over time and across markets with assurance that their analysis is precise.

BAT tracks Talent on both a local DMA (Designated Market/Metro Area) and national basis. The local rating compares the Talent in a specific market only, while the national rating is based on the Talent’s rank across the entire country. The BAT Platform includes tools that assist advertisers in selecting Talent for a single market or the Talent that is most appropriate nationally or across any number of local markets.
