Ryan Steelberg

Ryan Steelberg brings nearly 20 years of executive management experience in technology, marketing, business development and sales. He is considered one of the foremost experts in digital and online advertising. Since 1996, he and his brother Chad have raised more than $180 million in equity financing, managed 400+ employees and created in excess of $3.0 billion in shareholder value, through the successful founding, management, and liquidation of three industry impactful companies. In 2002, the Steelbergs founded dMarc Broadcasting, growing to service more than 4,600 US radio stations, bridging and integrating online and broadcast advertising systems. dMarc Broadcasting was acquired by Google, Inc. in February of 2006 for $1.238 billion in cash and performance incentives. Prior to dMarc, the Steelbergs co-founded AdForce in 1995, formerly the world's largest centralized, independent ad-serving and management solution, and 2CAN Media (AdSmart), which grew to become the third largest Internet advertising sales organization. As the primary competitor to DoubleClick, AdForce (formerly traded on NASDAQ as ADFC) controlled more than 50% of the online ad-management market in the US, through such clients as Netscape, GeoCities, AOL and, the precursor to Overture Services (later purchased by Yahoo!). AdForce was acquired by CMGi in 1999 for more than $500 million. 2CAN was sold to CMGi in 1999 for over $50 million. Named by the Orange County Business Journal as two of the county's "50 Most Influential Businesspeople," Ryan and Chad were finalists for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2000. In 2006, Ryan and Chad Steelberg were named two of the "50 Most Powerful People in Radio," by Radio Ink Magazine. Ryan was named a recipient of the 2009 Sports Business Journal's Forty under 40 Awards.  Most recently, Ryan was selected as one of OC Register Metro's Hot 25 Orange honorees.

Mydung Nachman

CFO and Vice President
Mydung Nachman brings over 16 years of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Legal and M&A expertise to the Company, with both domestic and international experience. Prior to joining BAT in 2007, Mydung was Sr. Director of Corporate Development for Ticketmaster, where she managed domestic and international strategic alliances, M&A, and joint venture initiatives for the company.  Prior to Ticketmaster, Mydung held positions with the investment banking divisions at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where she was a Vice President in the Tech M&A group, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mydung was also a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mydung earned her JD and MBA degrees from UCLA and graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Girish Venkat

Venkat brings more than 15 years of executive management experience, leading product development, operations and engineering for several industry leaders. Most recently, he was CTO of social media leader UberMedia, where he was responsible for product development and engineering.  UberMedia's market-leading social platforms include UberSocial, Echofon and the groundbreaking  Prior to that, he founded and led CoreObjects as its CEO for more than 13 years. Patrick Lennon, CEO and founding partner at ROI Media Direct. He gained his experience in off-line media by working with a number of top AM radio stations in Southern California in the 1990's.  Patrick founded ROI Media Direct in 1998, which has since grown from a three person agency to the national recognized leader in Direct Response marketing.

Zeus Peleuses is President of R.O.I. Media Direct. In addition to his corporate duties, Zeus oversees some of the agencies' largest accounts. With over 25 years of entertainment and media experience (both in front of the camera, behind the camera and on the air) Zeus is a well-known innovator in the radio industry. Prior to R.O.I. Media Direct, he spent 15 years in the Southern California radio market, nine of which at Clear Channel Communications, Los Angeles. During that time, Zeus was consistently a top producer and helped champion several innovative radio technologies used today. Additionally, Zeus is also an active member of (YPO) Young President's Organization.

Greg Cynaumon, Ph.D.

Partner & Chief Creative Officer, ROI Media Direct
‘Dr. Greg’ is widely recognized as an innovator in radio advertising with an emphasis on integrating psychology and direct response/brand campaigns. Dr. Greg holds both a masters and doctorate degree in psychology which he utilized both while seeing patients and while hosting his own Los Angeles market radio program. As the author of ten psychology/self-help books it was during his tenure as a talk show host that he refined his psychological theories in advertising and shifted his career focus to marketing. Dr. Greg created Adcology and developed what advertising insiders called the next generation in ad psychology. Adcology activates consumerism through experiential psychology (the application of shared experiences). Adcology also employs multi-sensory messaging to create a 360º experience, which draws the consumer in on multiple levels. Evidence of Adcology’s influence has driven highly successful campaigns for companies such as: LifeLock, Dunn & Bradstreet, Regus Office Solutions and   Dr. Greg served as VP of Marketing for The Phonics Game™ and later Hooked on Phonics™ where he managed multi-million dollar, monthly in-house campaigns. Dr. Greg is also well known as the TV and radio spokesperson for CortiSlim™ where he also orchestrated the company’s $4M monthly marketing budget reaching industry record sales of $260M.

Carlton Osborne

GM, FanPhotos and VP, Business Development
Carlton joined BAT through its acquisition of Printroom’s fan photography business, where he was founder, CEO and Chairman since 2001.  He has over 15 years of executive management experience in technology, business development, licensing and corporate development.  As CEO of Printroom, Carlton raised venture funding and managed Printroom from its inception to build the market leader in providing high-value, fan photo engagement solutions to over 50 professional sports properties, sports teams, and event promoters.  Prior to Printroom, Carlton was Vice President and General Manager of Printroom when it was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lexar Media (formerly LEXR of Nasdaq).  He previously served as Lexar Media’s General Counsel and Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances responsible for forging technology alliances and strategic investments from Sony Corporation and Olympus as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Lexar Media in 1998, Carlton was in private law practice from 1995 to 1998 as a corporate associate at Fenwick & West and Latham & Watkins doing venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and public securities offerings.  He received a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Stanford Law School. 

Trent Allen

VP, FanPhotos Photo Operations
Joining BAT from its acquisition of Printroom's fan photography business, Trent Allen brings a wealth of event and fan photography experience from his role as VP of Photo Operations at Printroom.  Prior to his role at Printroom, Trent was an innovator in the original concept of fan engagement through photography at his company Baseline Sports Media which he founded in 1997 and was acquired by Printroom in 2010.  At the time of the acquisition, Baseline was one of the leading sports fan photography companies nationally - conducting operations with MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA teams across the country. Now, as a part of BAT and operating at over 60 sports teams and entertainment properties nationally as well as overseeing 400+ employees, Trent has become an expert at executing operational strategies across a broad geographic area.  Trent is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is our in-house former rock star who toured nationally and internationally as a co-founder and member of Athens, Georgia-based recording artists Dreams So Real.  The band's success in the late 1980s and early 90s included Billboard charting releases, MTV videos and appearances in motion picture and nationally televised programs.

Jeff Benjamin

VP, FanPhotos Sales
Jeff Benjamin has more than 14 years of experience in sales and business development within digital media and content partnerships. Jeff joined BAT through the acquisition of Printroom's fan photography business where he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development of Printroom’s fan photography business where he focused his efforts on content partnerships with sports and entertainment properties. Prior to Printroom, Jeff led sports focused digital media Business Development initiatives for CBS, the Ladies Professional Golf Association and USA TODAY. Jeff has a passion for media and was once a reporter for the Associated Press. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Sports Marketing from the Warsaw Center for Sports Marketing at the University of Oregon.

Eric Burak

Senior Director, Business Development/Sales
As Senior Director of Business Development/Sales, Eric is tasked with the acquisition of new sports and entertainment partners as well as generating integrated sponsorship opportunities. He also heads up the Talent Services group for BAT’s core endorsement division. Prior to joining BAT in 2010, Eric was with FOX Sports for over seven years, both on the national and regional sides overseeing on-air and off-channel promotional efforts. Before Eric’s tenure at FOX Sports, he spent six years overseeing marketing and public relations responsibilities at Beverly Hills Sports Council, an agency offering representation exclusively to professional baseball players. During his time at BHSC, Eric secured numerous endorsement deals for players including, Mike Piazza, Albert Pujols, Curt Schilling, Jimmy Rollins, and Trevor Hoffman.
